Vehicle Disclosure Policy

Topcar uses these public policies to explain how requests, appointments, vehicle inquiries, documents, messages, and final paperwork are handled.

Plain-language policy

These pages are written in plain language for transparency. Final repair orders, vehicle sale documents, title paperwork, warranty terms, and payment terms are confirmed in writing with Topcar.

Vehicles are shown for in-person viewing by appointment. Online checkout is not available.

A vehicle listing may include title status, mileage, known issues, repair summaries, before/during/after photos, inspection notes, receipts, and available sale documents when those records are approved for the customer or buyer to review.

Clean, rebuilt, reconstructed, salvage, or other branded title language must be reviewed carefully before any purchase decision. Buyers should ask questions and review the supporting documents available for that vehicle.

Before final purchase, the buyer should review the vehicle, title paperwork, any Buyers Guide, bill of sale, disclosures, inspection notes, repair receipts, and written warranty/as-is language that applies to that specific vehicle.

Public listings are summaries. They do not replace an in-person review, independent inspection, final title review, or signed purchase paperwork.
